The West of Irelands largest plumbing and bathroom suppliers, in business since 1983, Hurst Heating and Plumbing operate across 2 stores located in Castlebar and Westport.

This is a fast-moving multi department retail business dealing with both trades people and the public.

We have been able to provide Hurst Heating and Plumbing with a system that spans multiple locations, allowing staff in each location to essentially operate like they are in the same building.
We have enabled straight forward remote working capability via the exceptional 3CX Android, iOS and Windows applications, allowing staff to answer, transfer and deal with calls as though they were in the office.
Corduff Travel, established in 1940 in Rossport, Co.Mayo.

Corduff travel have established themselves as one of the premier travel providers in the whole of Ireland with 3opporational bases, Rossport, Westport/Castlebar and Dublin.

We have been able to give Corduff a robust cloud based phone system spanning all their locations with over 20 incoming phone numbers dealing with all geographic locations. We have enabled remote working for some staff who look after booking lines as if they were sitting at a desk in the office.

We have also enabled a flexible out of hours service/call forwarding system to allow customers to always have a person to talk to if they are awaiting a service to arrive.
Heneghan Plant Hire, established 1970 in Castlebar, Co.Mayo, has grown to become one of the wests leading suppliers of plant hire equipment and tools.
A feature rich phone system was called for at this business to enable them to field calls to different departments and allow staff to answer office calls while in the yard or out on site delivering plant.
A voicemail system was put in place to allow emergency contact communication to be sent from customers to staff out of hours.
In business since 1996, Martin Molloy Commercials is a family owned and run business located just 8km north of Castlebar, Co Mayo in the village of Ross.
Running a busy commercial vehicle servicing, repair and CVRT test centre, Molloy Commercials needed a phone system that could handle a large volume of calls and allow them to que customers in the system.

RedMac is the leading supplier of parts since its foundation in 2004 to sectors such as Construction, Agriculture, Marine, Mining and Forestry in Ireland, with have locations in Castlebar and Killarney
Running a busy parts supply and trade counter business, RedMac were looking to replace their old analogue telephone system with something that could allow them to operate more efficiently and deal with customer and supplier calls more effectively.
We have installed a dedicated 3CX phone system with a number of cordless handsets to allow seamless internal and external communication no matter where staff need to be.
Call handling and visibility is now greatly improved thanks to the 3CX Windows application, allowing staff to clearly see what calls are going where and who is available.
Established in 2002, Olandi Engineering is a high-quality engineering firm specializing in the machining fabrication of stainless steel and aluminium parts. Situated in the west of Ireland in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
When Olandi moved from their original location Straide Co. Mayo, in 2019, they needed to keep their existing geographical telephone number.
After being told by their existing supplier that it would take 5 weeks to move the number and there would be considerable down time involved, Olandi contacted us.
We were able to move their number within 2 days and had a total of 4 minutes of downtime.
